been great and timely. Today I was in and out, including a friendly greeting, in under an hour. Everyone at the facility
goes out of their way to please the customers and make all experiences pleasurable. Please be assured of my positive
response to your upcoming survey. And, by the way, I love my Camry, and the last car I had was a 2006 Volvo!

Today when I called Team Toyota about an unknown "exclamation point" indicator on the dash, Mike had told me that it means a tire(s) air pressure is low and to bring it right into Express and someone would investigate. I was greeted and my car was taken in the shop immediately. The tire tread health was reported fine and the air pressure in all the tires corrected. I greatly appreciated the speedy service.

Purchasing Our New Car At Team Toyota Was A Truly Positive Experience
Last month we purchased our new Toyota Camry at Team Toyota. I would like to say that this was the easiest and most rewarding auto purchase that we have ever made. This experience was worth our 90 minute trip from Matawan, NJ. We were warmly greeted by General Sales Manager, Garrett Hood. He introduced us to Sales Consultant, Jim Donahue. Jim treated us like we were "family". We explained to Jim that we wanted to purchase a Camry, but were not sure which model suited our needs. Jim let us drive several Camry's including the Hybrid. He took the time to explain the options and features of each model. Jim really knows the products that he sells. We finally decided on a 4 cyl. Camry LE and were extremely happy with his quoted price. Jim also made the purchasing process very easy. He introduced us to Financial Services Specialist, Tony Stone. Tony also treated us like family. He explained several optional services that were available for our new Camry. With Tony's expert guidance, we agreed on the Platinum Extra Care and the Ultimate Vehicle Sealant Protection. The car was ready for pickup when promised. Before driving off with our new car, Jim was there with a bottle of detailer spray and a rag to make sure that there wasn't a spec of dirt on the car. We were also amazed at Team's Parts and Service facility. I am semi-retired, so I have the time to make the 90 minute trip to Team for routine service. While waiting I am looking forward to making use of the available comforts in the Customer Lounge. We have already began recommending Team Toyota to friends and relatives. The staff of Team Toyota truly works together as a Team. They made my wife and I really feel like "Team Members."

I typically don't take the time to write thank you notes to companies, but my encounter with you and Team Toyota was so exceptional I needed to acknowledge it. Every action, from beginning to end, was impressive. You and the entire team were wonderfully patient with me, yet efficient in your actions. You listened to my needs and addressed them! I've owned a Camry (bought at your dealership) since 2003. Today was the first time other than normal oil, tire, etc. maintenance, I had a problem with my car. THE BATTERY WENT DEAD! I was never involved with your service dept. My husband always took care of things. Today we were together. I feel so very compelled to share my experience with you. Replacing a car battery was never such a PLEASURABLE experience!!!!!!! Eric is a bright young and VERY PERSONABLE representative. Having known that I did not feel well to begin with when we arrived, he made absolutely sure that before we left your area our car was not going to give us ANY TROUBLE! I was absolutely delighted, he kept us updated on scenarios of what could possibly be going on in addition to the battery. It made me very comfortable. Hats off to Eric. Give the man a Raise!! And thank you Team Toyota, I'll never buy a car anywhere else!!

The sale was handled by Tom Morris, and I want to tell you how pleased I am with the efficiency, honesty, and friendliness that he showed to both me and my son, for whom the automobile was purchased. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the full range of Toyota automobiles at Team Toyota. He was always accessible, personable and, perhaps unique in my experience with automotive sales personnel in the Delaware Valley over the past 35 years, a very good listener who helped us select the best automobile at the best price for my son who will soon be moving out to Minnesota.
